Hello,  you'll be happy to know -  I think the return receipt has gone now.     Two points......   I'm just wondering if, besides the personal contact with women's groups regarding including the following in a group's resolution we should.......     1.     have the College act as the national co-ordinator         with data bank so we can see where we're at     "that (the group) urges (government/state) to recognise midwives as autonomous practitioners who work for the public good and as such should have access to the same medical rebates and government/state funded professional indemnity schemes as medical providers of the same maternity service"     . 2.    Vote Labour   -       in return for a promise of childbirth reform based on  Dutch/NewZealand/Scandinavian humanized birth.   Liz
