Victoria and you will need to find out the address of the Regional
Director for the ACCC in Victoria by using there toll free
information service.

PS I just got the letter from Insurance Solutions and the application
will be sent back to them tomorrow. We should have a reasonable offer
from them pretty soon and will e-mail it to you as soon as I know the
costs, etc.
