Well Belinda, when you look at it like that, I agree it does seem to be
quite an intrusion into people's freedoms and personal choices regarding
what's best for their baby. I have even heard people say that to give up
smoking whilst pregnant can cause more damage to the child due to the extra
stress caused by the withdrawal from nicotine. I was just a bit down on it
all as I can see from my office window people sitting in their parked cars,
while their partners go into a shop, with kids strapped in the back, smoking
and I just wonder "Why don't they just get out?"
