Thanks guys for all the mail re head lice. Parents Club at our primary school have been 'head lice checkers' for awhile now and funnily enough this didn't occur to me! We tried to phone the RWH pharmacy but it was after hours. My feeling was that it would be OK to feed, surely only miniscule amounts of pesticide residue would get in and don't we all have some already?  I imagine the pyrethrin treatments would be fine.  And there are more natural treatments out there. Only problem is how to kill the nits - or do you wait til they hatch then get 'em? Thanks again, trish
