hi all, I've just started working here in the USA on a postpartum unit. Current practice is not to do immersion baths on babies until their cord falls off, just a sponge bath. Some of the staff here are looking to change the policy and are searching for literature to support the practice of immersion bath from birth. Can anyone help me out with references or studies.
