Title: Season's Greetings!
‘Twas the night before Christmas...
And Jackie is running around like a lunatic trying to clean the house, hang the decorations, thaw the sausages (for the barbeque) and finish wrapping those last minute prezzies – all before 40 relatives turn up for the ‘Christmas Eve Party’ - my turn as host this year!

Yes, yes, I know. Obviously I’m sitting in front of my computer, but only for a breather while dusting Violet (my computer – purple Apple Mac) and tidying my desk – impossible job! Just pushed that ‘send and receive’ button and had to have a quick read... I’m blathering, aren’t I? Anything to avoid ‘the house’ and the upcoming get-together of relatives. Scary stuff – I won’t even go there...

Just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas! - Take care during the Silly Season. And thank you all for your comments, support and thoughts over the last 12 months.

One last note - I’ve often been thanked for keeping Birthrites’ happening, but honestly without my email contacts and chat lists, etc, I don’t know if I would have been able to... The internet has allowed me to see the Big Picture, see how big Birthrites’ has grown and the potential it has to help so many families. Almost 30,000 people have visited the Birthrites website since it’s inception, and that’s 30,000 people what may have needed a little information, support or empowerment. Thank goodness for the internet!!!

Anyway... Back to my ‘House’. Aaarrrggghhhh! Take care all,
Birthing Beautifully,
Jackie Mawson.

Too many Gods;
            so many creeds,
            Too many paths
             that wind and
                 wind,
            When just the art
             of being kind
             Is all the sad
              world needs...
