Hi Judy,
Although exercise in pregnancy means way more than pelvic floor exercises I felt I had to let you know about a great workshop I went to last weekend.  It is highly likely you Ozzies know about it already as it was developed in Brisbane.  It was taught by a friend of mine who now lives in Brisbane.  We have been very lucky in Canada to have her here to teach it.

The workshop was called Pelvic Power.  The Feldenkrais method is used to increase awareness of, and ability to use, the muscles of the pelvic floor. Emphasis is on integration of these movements into other every day movements of the body.   I highly recommend this workshop for  child bearing women and any woman who wants/needs to strengthen and have a new awareness of her pelvic floor.  I just wish I had access to a Feldy here in the middle of the prairies who could teach all my mums this fantastic method.  Apparently it is popular in Australia so maybe you are aware of it already.
