You may be able to write to insurance companies, but I doubt it will do much
good, if doctors want to do it (which they often do), they will 'think up' a
medical reason, as they do for elective inductions

the blood pressure is up,
the baby is not in a 'good' position
etc,

the agreement is with the doctor and the patient and insurance companies
have no way of 'policing'  or 'verifying'  these decisions.

So who would we have to suggest the idea to?  Insurance companies?  Any
leads?  i am willing to write some letters and find out if someone can offer
some help/support/a shoulder to cry on!
