What a great idea - particularly good for illustrating the cascade of interventions in my CB classes.
I sometimes do a non-techie version i.e. a paperchase to illustrate the cascade of interventions - how nice to be able to have a CD-ROM. Perhaps you could use to look at the idea of "BRAN" - Benefits, Risks, Alternatives, or doing nothing, when faced with making a decision e.g. induction, asking for an epidural etc. etc.
