It isn't American. I wrote it. In response to the care I saw everyday in Singapore and had seen in the UK. Whilst not all of these things I wrote about are relevant in some countries, the list was written to an international audience where there were at least some in the group who did come across these things every day as well.

I agree with most of what is listed, BUT - in 13 years midi I've never seen
anyone put eye drops in a baby at birth - what for?. Or give an enema
without it being asked for. What is a hep lock? The list sounds like it is
from an american web site, is it?
