Hello Midwives, the Australian College of Midwives has continued working towards the acquisition of an affordable accessible Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy for all midwives. National President, Vanessa Owen has been interviewed by Michelle Fomseca on Radio 774 or 3LO today, and this will be played at approximately 6.10 p.m. today. Interviews have also been given to Ray Morgan from the Financial Review and Meg Lees Office. We continue to support all midwives and will keep you informed about the current activities. The College has representation at the Australian Health Ministers Advisory Council on Medical Litigation Workshop to Discuss Opportunities for Legal Change and Administrative Reform, being held in Canberra today.
