Homebirth in Ireland

Does anyone have any information about the availablity of homebirth midwives in Ireland?  I have a friend whose daughter lives in Ireland (don't know where at this moment)  she was wanting to know if there was any one in particular who could help her daughter.  thanks in anticipation Mary Murphy
