We have had great difficulty with our income since this way of payment became impossible due to the change of employment status due to the insurance crisis. If there is a case-loading award made, then it is a simple matter to budget for the number of projected cases and what it will cost, what the midwives in come will be.. We have sought assistance from the ANF in Nov 01 in this matter but we have had no luck so far. cheers, MM >
