Hi all,
lately I've been inundated with spam, not just from this list but
from heaven knows where, more than 50 a day. A friend sent me
this address:

freeware and it's FANTASTIC. It sorts your emails on the server before you
download them and you can check through and anything you don't want or is
spam you can set to Bounce and Delete and it sends it back to the sender
as if your address is no longer functioning. I was continually trying
to unsubscribe from advertising lists I never consciously got onto and my
blocked sender list is as long as your arm but after using this for 3 days
I have today only been sent 3 spam messages, a phenomonally good result as
far as I am concerned. Anyhow, thought I'd spread it around, hope it's of
use to some of you,

Regarding the latest "porn" emails to enter our list.
The best way to deal with these from my experience is to click on
your message title at the top of the page and
add them to Blocked senders list.
I have been informed that you should not scroll down to the bottom of
these pages and then click on their "remove" links as this can simply send
you off on a unwanted web surf......
I have spoken to some "tekky"people and they have said that there
exists numerous ways for this type of mail to enter Lists as the
perpetrators specifically target "email lists."
