Hi Carolyn Thanks for your concern. I am still around. I just had a holiday in Spain (was beautiful Aussie weather!). I have just read all my emails - as I didn't want to not remain on the list while I was away in case I missed something! I found your article really helpful and have disseminated it amongst my colleagues. Has created a lot of interest. Have talked a lot to the student nurses and midwives I've been working with about "bullying" in the workplace. They are taking it on board and one of the tutors fed back to me an insightful reflection one of the students had done based on our discussion (when we worked together) - so the message is getting out there. Unfortunately I have not heard the latest "goings on" in the unit since I've been back. I have applied to stay in the community area and was pleased with the feedback from the manager re my CV (up till now all my experience in Australia was disregarded!).
