I just have to say something about this whole story. I am a mother of a one year-old and had my baby naturally and easily in Moorabbin Birth Centre. I thought this was how all women had their birth experiences until I started talking to my mothers� group and friends and got some quite horrific stories. I feel incredibly lucky to have found the midwives at the centre. I was so moved when reading about �the incredible events that took place with this woman and her son. I now know that if anything happens to any of my next children, that I�ll have somewhere to go and someone to talk to. It takes all the fear out of the next time (as the first time was pretty excellent, but we were struck down with bad news post-natally). Thank you, Ozmidwifery, for being there.
