Dear Cheryl, The following is only what midwives have told me.If you are a mother giving birth or even attending a breastfeeding clinic DON"T TELL THE STAFF YOU ARE A MIDWIFE or your treatment will be totally unprofessional.Also miwifery students are the verbal punching bags for 'established' staff.So in short it is violence between midwives.No violence or verbal abuse is acceptable.Parents are jailed for abuse yet health professionals can say and do what they like and not have to even say sorry.Ann--- CHERYL JONES <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Could somebody please explain what is horinzontal > violence, I know I heard > it long time ago.
