Sally, Alukura hasn't had a birth at the centre for a number of years now. Since June this year the midwives have gained visiting priveleges to the hospital. So if the women want to birth at the hospital an Alukura midwife can come and look after them, assist at the birth etc. Don't just dream about Alice Springs drop in.
