I need some advice on these. One of the paeds here wants to change from using Maxolon to Domperidone in women with low milk supply. The research I have read recently stated that it should not be used as first drug of choice, but I am interested in what happens in other facilities. Also, please verify for me when intervention with these drugs should start. I would appreciate advice on research articles. Thanks Irene Munro LC Alice Springs
