Pinky, would you send me the email address please? Phone's too expensive. Among other stories, including births that went awry, she may well be interested to know that around 3000 Aussie entertainers worked their way through the Vietnam war entertaining the Americans, and are not accounted for...I'm one of them! If only...! If only we were recognised by the government we could have treatment for ailments caused by our service. Many have children and some grandchildren, born with defects due to Agent Orange (etc), but no assistance is available. I could go on...and on...and on, but I'll spare you all for now. By the way, my radio play, Soft of Hearing, which received a Special Mention in the recent Prix Italia competition, will be repeated on Radio National, Saturday December 7th, 8:30 pm, in the Night Play program.
