[ozmidwifery] sample letter re NMAP

Would someone care to provide a sample letter that I can get some ideas from regarding NMAP.  I want to send some off to my local pollies.  I have their snail mail and email addresses.  Should I snail mail the letters or both?   Thanks   Jayne
