I already give my clients "The Pregnant Woman's Bill of Rights" and the
"Pregnant Woman's Bill or Responsibilities"

There are plenty of great one's in the standard midwifery texts. I think I
got mine from Olds et al.

Re the public/private thingy .... Why should they be any different?
