Pinky: When i first heard of controlled crying here(in Aus) I thought of this guy. Also when I was in mareeba one of the mums I cared for had been given his dreadful book "babywise" by a relative. It feeds on people's apparent need to control their kids from the get go. It blames demand feeding for all the woes of the last couple of decades of "out of control" teenagers. And yes it it linked with failure to thrive in the USA. It has been denounced by the Amercan Academy of Pediatrics. There has to be someway to stop this guy.
