Hello all you well informed folk out there, I wonder if any of you can help me . A lecturer has set me an assignmenton" the effect of improved medical technology and the incidence of intellectual disability through trauma at birth and postnatally "  I 'm not sure that I am coming from the same angle as him !...presumably when they talk of postnatal , they do not , as I do , mean fro the rest of the individusal's life Anyhow , I just wondered if any of you know of any papers/books writings that would be useful to me  Incidentally I have tried plenty of the useual medical journals and am not having much luck  I know there is the link with low birth weight and intellectual impairment , but if any of you come across anything please let me know cheers Mel
