 Hello Jan,

I had a chamber of commerce member who got his own message back blank - and
he was using Netscape.

 We've also had problems with people whose emails are usually fine,
 but when they reply to someone else's - or copy and paste someone
 else's, they get these blank emails.  (They can't really be blank
 because everyone gets the same thing)

 I've emailed the chap with Netscape and asked him what he did with
 his settings to solve the problem.

 Problems with email are getting worse and will continue that way.
 The number of different mail programs (and every one with different
 settings!) now combined with anti-spam and filtering software to make
 it harder to know what will get through intact and what won't.

 I'll let you know when I hear back from the Netscape chap - sometimes
 people can view the "raw view" or "source" of the email.  Or if they
 click reply, the text suddenly appears.
