Jan, this recently happened in the hospital I work in.  The woman was 32 weeks pregnant and had been exposed to CPox, with no immunity.  She had a shot of immunoglobulins.  Because it is not a live vaccine, but what the body produces naturally after exposure or vaccine, it is presumed safe for the baby.   HTH   Jo -- Babies are Born...
