Without being able to say too much we may have a law suit about to happen in Qld by a couple who were insensed to find they had been coerced into a C/S to find there was nothing wrong with their baby. Not only that, the info I have says the father has evidence that the CTG trace was not as bad as it was made out to be and that the partogram which he saw initially was later changed.   I think they may have bitten off more than they can chew. The husband is outraged and is intending to take legal action.   Hopefully we will hear more soon. Dierdre B.
