Dierdre, does she have any back or shoulder pain? does she describe the stinging pain as going right through into her shoulder blades? has the baby been fussier than usual since the pain started? how long has she been breastfeeding? any other problems or symptoms? on a scale of one to ten, how does she rate the pain?
