[ozmidwifery] blocked milk duct.

Hello to all,                 Was wondering if anyone has ideas re. draining a blocked milk duct.  I've been breastfeeding for three years and have, for the first time developed a blockage. It is about an inch long and an inch in width. It has been there for a few days and is sensitive to touch. I have put both my bub and toddler on for extended periods of time to help drain it, but the lump remains. Any ideas on what I can do or is this a GP thing?  Would like to avoid a visit if possible.
