I agree Mary - what a difference having your own midwife/s for 1 to 1 care throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and afterwards would make for ALL women...(I wish ALL women would know about this... and therefore yell and scream for it, too!!). NOTHING beats having the close relationship you build with trust, love and confidence in your midwife - who knows you and your little family so intimately. Nicole
