Hi Dierdre,

As a mum whose first birth was an unnecessary c/s I have to agreed with the
statement you made about more women wanting a homebirth as a result of their
previous hospital experience. I would love a home birth but cant find a
midwife here in Townsville to support me. As a doula some of my clients also
are wanting homebirths, some of whom are preparing for VBAC's. At this point
thought the best they can do is stay home as long as possible.
