Hi, Was wondering if anyone knows why Nepean Birth Centre isn't up and running? I heard they have it all set up, but it is not functioning as a birth centre. They only ever use it when the labour ward is overflowing. Anyone have any insights onto why it isn't in use. With 3,500 births, or "deliveries" as they put it, at the hospital, surely some of those women would love to birth in a birthing centre.
