Hi Janine

There is a great little book called "Nutrition in pregnancy and lactation" by Worthington,B. Vermeersch,J. and Williams, S. printed by Mosby way back in 1977. If there are updated editions available it would be of assistance to you.

Most of the American texts have HEAPS on adolescent pregnancy nutritional needs. The one I find of most practical use is Gorrie, McKinney and Murray (Saunders) I have the Second Edition 1998 but I believe there has just been a third edition released.

You could probably obtain the latest recommended nutritional advice for multiple pregnancies through the Multiple Birth associations in NZ or the departments of nuturition at Universities.

Cheers
Jan
