Hello everyone,

Firstly I would like to thank all of you that responded to me on and off list regarding my b/f questions.  I have been overwhelmed by the support and advice offered, I will answer them when I have more time.

At present though I am presented with another breast issue that I have not seen before or even heard of before and I am hoping that some of you might be able to shine some light on it.

Given my history of breast feeding difficulties, I am sure you can all understand the tendency to 'express' just to see if anything is there, even in the early stages when common sense tells you, there should be nothing. (Let me just say here, if I don't get anything, I am not upset).

But today I DID get something, but something I certainly didn't bargain for.  There was a blueish greenish stickty watery fluid coming from my right breast and from only 1 duct.  I have experienced slightly more discomfort in this breast, but nothing more than with previous pregnancies.  Had anyone heard of this, if so, what could it be??????  I am confident that it is not indicative of malilgnancy as that tends to be blood stained etc. and on BSE I am unable to detect any unusual or abnormal lumps, considering I have 'lumpy' breasts, BSE is a regular on my calender and no differences have been noted.

Will be interesting to see the replies on this one.

Once again thank you to everyone.

Yours in Childbirth
