Dear All Years ago Mary Murphy and I looked at the what would be required in organising a Midwife Birth Centre and it was too much to get beyong the zoning reqirements of loacl councils let alone HD requirements and that was when we had PI............. Having been there and homebirth the latter was enough to too much to get practice going so I woulfd not even bother to consider a Birth Cnetre any more
