cheers Megan Dear everybody, One part of my midwifery role that I am passionate about is nurturing our young. Recently, the unit in which I work celebrated it's 10th BIRTHday. We have 3 newly endorsed midwives having to wait until next year (??March) to graduate. So, we used our celebrations to present them with our own form of cap, gown and the all important qualifications on a mock certificate. Along with these I wrote a poem and presented a copy of it at the same time. Please read and see what you think.
