Totally agree! Let's leave this one alone for a while. We have done the abortion and religion debates enough so let's move back to the actual subject matter for this list.
Also, can we keep in mind the original posting was information spreading and those not interested could have just left it alone...just like others do when there is something that is of little interested in. I know some might argue that I jump on the topics I am passionate about (cs and vbac) but politics outside the context of birthing/maternity is really not the most appropriate topic for this forum. Hey! You could get me going about Bush being re-elected but I won't go there! Now THAT would be something I could get really passionate about!!! Ha ha!!! With love and respect to ALL on this list Jo -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of sally Sent: Monday, November 08, 2004 10:45 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [ozmidwifery] Fwd: (Adelaide)Meeting to Defend a Woman's Right toChoose I agree with you Nicole, however, I believe this topic was discussed on the list not that long ago and became quite heated. This is a subject on which some people have very strong views. I believe this is not the most appropriate forum to discuss it, and before anyone gets hurt/offended again, feel that we should not post anymore on the subject. What do others think?
