Thank you for the offer - I am sure that we can arrange something fro you. Denis is returning to the UK on October 14 so has asked that any event in October be early in the month. His preference is for a Thursday/Friday.... so I guess that would mean the 6th/7th. How does this sound?
If you can provide us with a venue and some basic catering fro refreshments, we will give you a free place ($330.00) which you can offer to either one person, or spread over several as a subsidy. The minimum number will need to be 20, with a maximum of 40 people.
Tomorrow is our last day in the office until January 10, so I will leave you to think about this and get back to me by then. I hope this will be OK with you - The Christmas rush is gathering pace here!
