Hi Andrea
Have met a few over the years. Met two
women last year with this condition, both with different outcomes. Both
conceived naturally and the duplication picked up at the 18 week scan, both
pregnancies uneventful. One was told that she couldn't/wouldn't labour properly
and would probably end up a C/S so chose (and I use that word with my tongue
very firmly tucked into my cheek) to go the elective C/S route, the other went
into prem labour, labour uneventful and proceeded to normal
birth.
The other woman who I remember really well had a
single cervix but two complete uterus, she birthed via C/S, cannot remember
the lead up to her birth outcome just remembered her extremely unusual
physiology
Hope this helps
Cheers
