You are sending and receiving just fine - we are all getting your posts and if you are reading this, then you are receiving the list messages yourself. Sometimes, as Fiona remarked, the internet itself is down - nothing to do with the list itself. If this happens, you will suddenly get a rush of messages once the internet connection is restored.
