Hi Tania, I have just been researching this very question.  There is still disagreement amongst the doctors about how to manage the situation.  There are heaps of research papers, just put the key words into your medical search engine or go into pubmed. the one thing they do agree on with preterm prelabour rupture of membranes is the need for antibiotics.   My head is still spinning from reading it all.  MM
