Congratulations, may you always get the high of birthing with women. Great to see the breech too. You get runs of good and bad. I am in a rural unit with a low CS rate but this week we have two primigravidas with prolonged prelabour ROM at term both go to CS after getting so far and just not getting any further even with midwifery care.
