You might be interested to know that the College has recently taken steps to set up a library of research and PhD theses on midwifery topics in Australia. We're planning to publish abstracts in each issue of the Journal and have written to all the universities asking them to pass this invitation (to submit their abstract for publication in the Journal) on to students who have completed or are soon to complete their theses. This will help to give an indication of the research being undertaken within research degrees. We're also asking such people to donate a soft bound copy of their thesis to the College so that we can lend out a hard copy to people on request. (looking at option of digital copies too).
