(With tongue firmly in cheek) Phoebe (Friends) had vaginal triplets a few years ago - I was amazed that an American show would have a natural birth let alone a natural multiple birth.  Then Rachel had a vaginal breech too - not diagnosed til 2nd stage. Anyway, at work last week a woman came in at 32 weeks , triplets, in good labour at 7 cm, all head down,  off to her c/s as planned with a huge amount of fuss, mum stressed out to the max. I understand all the risk factors and the reasons for a c/s ( prem as well) just wondered if anyone out there has been at a triplet vaginal birth in Australia? Despite the risks I just had this big gut feeling  that everything would have been all right. The babies were all fine except the third who needed a bit of CPAP once they got into the nursery.
