The RP Technique looks pretty good, especially as it can be used with epidural.  I'm also looking at PP Haemorrhage and outcomes related to assisted vaginal births, as it seems that having an OP baby increases the chances of this.

Do you know of the Rotational Positioning Technique developed by Nikki MacFarlane? It is fantastic and so simple to use.
I think she presented it at last years midwifery conference in Adelaide. It is also available as a presentation through her www.childbirthinternational.com website.
I'd also be looking into the effects having an epidural may have with a posterior baby in labour.Rotational Postioning can also be used with an epidural in place.
