[ozmidwifery] ACT homebirth?

Just needing some clarification…is homebirth ‘outlawed’ in the ACT, is it still legal for midwives to attend homebirths in an independent capacity?  Is the Midwifery programme still offering homebirth, or just continuity of midwifery care in the hospital setting?   Thanks   Tania
