I'm not sure we need an inquiry when the stats show pretty damn clearly who's doing the cutting. I saw an Ob on the tv today on ABC going on about how women are only having elec. c-secs for "sound medical reasons" which he then listed: 1. "Baby being bottom first" Poor thing, doesn't even know it's called breech obviously! 2. Previous c-sec. WT??? 3. Twins. Aha. Yep, good to have  a blanket policy!   So show me the clinical evidence that these are sound medical reasons? Oh you can't?
