As our base numbers of caesareans are getting larger, there will be more in the future.

If only we could reduce significantly the number of inductions, then maybe we could reduce

the number of caesareans??

Where is the evidence for inductions at 40 weeks please?

Thanks from Barbara, Parkes where we had 5 babies in 4 hours, two lscs (both booked but one had

jumped the gun.) One was shoulder dystocia but good outcome thanks to previous training with

Jan Robinson..
