Hi Lisa, In our small rural hospital the MW fills in the bit on the birth reg papers regarding the date, Hospital, wt and MW, we also fill out the centerlink form and give it all to the woman with the baby's personal health record (Qld),Community health and sids stuff and various other educational stuff.
