We have one we rent out in JB and are hoping to get more. I haven't seen disposable liners but methylated spirits works to kill everything in labs so we use that. If it's washed by the previous family and the subsequent family and left in the home for a few weeks to load up with friendly normal household bacteria specific to that home it's pretty good.
